Location:
Approx. 68km north/east of Cobar, adjacent to the Coolabah/Cobar Council road.

Country:
Slightly undulating red loam to chocolate soils in flats, predominately timbered country consisting of pine, box flood out flats, scattered mulga and wilga and a variety of edible fodder. Approx. 10,000ac of unfenced forest reserve incorporated in holding, utilized for goat harvesting and grazing.

Water:
Watered by 10 earth dams, 7 being fully enclosed and set up for handling livestock.

Fencing:
