A building permit will be required from the Shire of Loddon to address the provision of tank/town water and a power supply. The land also needs to be assessed for the provision of a septic system that meets current plumbing laws i.e., bio cycle or similar. The land has a bushfire overlay and before building, a land capability assessment will also need to be completed. Unmade track to the block and no services connected which means it is unlikely you will be able to build.
