This award winning, boutique building is about the views, the location, and accessing the entire amenity that the historic port city of Fremantle has to offer!

The interior architecture, which shares the award, is based on maximising the views from every room, whilst providing a versatile canvas to create one's own private sanctuary.

Walk out of the lift, into the living area and be greeted by panoramic views of the Fishing Boat Harbour and out across the shipping lanes to the outer islands on the horizon.

In fact, these views, framed by floor to ceiling large glass doors, are also enjoyed from the dining and kitchen/pantry, the internal balcony, the office/3rd bedroom and the 2nd bathroom!

The master bedroom/ensuite, the 2nd bedroom and adjoining balcony look out across the roofs of old heritage homes and over the city with a lonely church spire and the footy oval, to the port city.
