The property is situated only 15km north of Ongerup and 145km to major regional city of Albany.
Comprising of 321 hectares forestry plantation along with 56 hectares of developed pastures.
The North Ongerup region enjoys a 385mm pa annual average rainfall with 210mm normally falling during the growing season.
