There are 4 dams and an equipped bore. The bore pumps to a 20,000 gallon concrete tank behind the house as well as 5,000 gallon poly tank on Western side of the Collie/Dubbo road and a line goes across the road to 2 water points.

The homestead on 'Bringa' has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a closed-in verandah. There is a 3 bay garage at the house. A 20,000 gallon concrete water tank is also located adjacent to the house supplying rain water.

The older timber and iron shearing shed has 4 stands equipped overhead with a near new steel yards attached.

The grain storage at the house is 2 x 48 tonne and 1 x 50 tonne, all cone bottom while the grain storage on the Eastern side has 2 x 115 tonne cone bottom silos plus a 420 tonne flat bottom silo with an auger at the bottom.

There is a very good all steel machinery shed enclosed on 3 sides in addition to some older, smaller sheds.
