The Story.....

In 2015 Lindy bought her first ever home. She was super excited for herself and her partner, it had everything they wanted.
"The location was a big draw card for us, five minutes to the city, Dickson was near by, Woolworths for our groceries and the local IGA in Lyneham was convenient if we wanted to go for a walk to grab our necessities.
The Duxton and the RUC became our local eateries and boy we have some great memories that's for sure, everything was literally at our doorstep".

"We loved the look and feel of the apartment in its unique, quirky, and boutique way.
Its high concrete ceiling, Bamboo flooring, the bathroom configuration, and the island bench top on wheels. When we had friends and family over we could move the bench top to the side for more room, it gave us a sense of Melbourne style living and design. Plus the major thing we loved was the rooftop pool,the views are amazing up there, we instantly fell in love!"

"After 18 months living and loving our apartment, it was time to upsize as starting a family was on the cards, so we decided to rent it out for the past four and a half years. I must say it has been a great investment, we've never had an issue renting it out and have always had great tenants."
