We intentionally made it this way. Yes there are five bedrooms BUT we knew we wouldn't always use them as bedrooms as the kids lived with us and their lives changed.


This stunning home in south Scarborough represents a brilliant opportunity to secure a quality easy care home a mere 600m from the Scarborough Coastline and all that it offers.

The design brief for this 2017 built home when speaking to the builder was to have something that had clean lines and was stylish.
"We didn't want something we were to scared to live in and enjoy so how the home felt
was really important to us.
Having older kids and family that visited from time to time meant we had to create a floor plan that was adaptable.
This was really important."

Having three bedrooms (one of which is the master suite) that have an ensuite was vital.
It catered for guests that stayed (the downstairs guest suite) and seeing as we have adult daughters it certainly didn't do any harm with them having their own bathroom.

Upstairs we had our generous master suite with raked ceilings and another queen size bedroom with its own ensuite.


On top of that there is a 5th bedroom upstairs that we used as the multi purpose room.
It's a bedroom when we need it.
It's an upstairs living space when we need it.
We used the same concept with one of the bedrooms downstairs which has also been used as a living space and a home office from time to time.
