With a minimal approach to the design of the floorplan, a palette of soft tones, textures and signature pieces elevates each room. That begins with a sense of arrival by the front door, with a custom display piece and entry coat cupboard. This is just one of many places designed for residents to showcase their collection of artworks and wares, with additional shelving behind sliding joinery panels, which also neatly conceals a television, in the lounge, and an open bar by the kitchen with dedicated wine storage. While the joinery features light and dark oak timber finishes, the jewel of the interiors’ natural luxury aesthetic is the kitchen’s grand island bench. Also offered in a light or dark tonality, the entire bench appears to have been expertly carved and crafted from one piece of natural stone. There is also natural stone on the flooring of the ensuites and bathrooms. This stone wraps part way up the wall within the ensuites to create an elegant ledge. Graceful design moments such as these, as well as classic touches from the Herringbone floors in the living rooms to the wool carpeting in the bedrooms, combine to create a total picture of exquisite modern living.
