The property is located beyond the southern end of the Naracoopa township, a small seaside village situated on the mid-east coast of King Island and approximately 25 kilometres east of Currie, the island's residential and commercial hub, with schools and hospital and shops.

Naracoopa has a growing mix of permanent residents and holidaymakers that can be accommodated in a range of tourist type accommodation.
