This first floor unit is super private, you will want to stay and why not the living area is Air Conditioned, both bedrooms enjoy overhead fans and have heaps of natural light. The main bedroom has a walk thru robe to the semi-ensuite bathroom. And just look at that, a great big deep bath to soak in plus the separate shower, lots of built-in cabinets for your bits and it compliments a neat and tidy laundry.

Catching the light is easy here with lot of picture windows as is catching the sea breeze with a wide south facing balcony flowing off the living area.

Still more light to the open plan kitchen with acres of bench space and cupboards, double sink, gas cook top and electric oven overlooking the gardens and servicing the lounge.
