Been looking for somewhere to kick back with the kids and enjoy the great outdoors, well this could fit the bill. With over 30 hectares of prime bushland in Fisher (near Swan reach) with mains water connected and only 8kms from the mighty river Murray. About 1.5 Hrs from Adelaide, the possibilities are endless.<br/><br/>With the amazing privacy and solitude that this location provides, you will forever have your own special place to kick back and relax. This particular block sits close to the middle of the River Murray International Dark Sky Reserve, which in essence means that star gazing is going to be an absolute treat.<br/><br/>The block is only a short drive to historic townships along the River Murray such as Sedan, Blanchetown and Swan Reach, there is no lack of things to see, do and places to visit.<br/><br/>There are a couple of sheds and lean twos, some formed road ways and a race track for the adrenalin junkies or just some fun for the kids on quods or dirt bikes. There are plenty of local kangaroos, wombats and maybe an echidna or two hanging around the property to enjoy.<br/> <br/>There is an area were a dwelling once stood, which would be ideal for a transportable or relocatable to be placed. All subject to necessary council approvals and consents.
