North Lake is fantastic suburb for raising children and perfect for families with young children or couples who may be planning a family in the future.
There are fantastic education options very close by;
1. For young children, this block is close to Bibra Lake Primary School (3km) and Kardinya Primary School (3.8km),
2. For older children there is North Lake Senior Campus (1.8km) and Kennedy College (1.9km),

If you are interested in travelling to larger shopping districts, Garden City Shopping Centre (7.7km) and Gateways Shopping Centre (9.2km) are conveniently located or Fremantle is located only 8km away and Perth City only 18km.
