The Villas are part of a rental pool operated by management at the resort, there is the option to remove your villa from this rental pool although this will require 90 days written notice to the management in order to leave the pool.
A two bedroom Villa will have approximately $8500 in body corporate fees and and a 3 bedroom Villa will have approximately $9500 in body corp fees on top of this there is also approx $400 per annum in council rates.
The Villas are not available for permanent residence and only available for personal use for 50-60 days per annum.
