OK.....we know what every house has 3 bedrooms etc, etc....so I would like to tell you what is sooo great about this one. The owners tell me it is only a 7min drive into Ayr, that is 7 km south-east of Ayr, Jarvisfield is a suburb located in the Burdekin Shire. A farming community where you know who your neighbours are and you watch out for each other. This brick veneer home is built on "Liquid Gold" so we don't need town water out here, we use a pump and we have more than enough water, no water restrictions out here. We see snow, "Black Snow", which is the sugar cane being burnt from June to November, you won't see that in the city. Jarvisfield has a primary school a kilometer down the road, the kid can walk there if you allow them. The house has a few quiet, shady places to sit and enjoy just being out and enjoying country life. It is a great place to live and bring the animals, the yard is fully fenced to keep them safe.
