- Speed limit is 40kph which is too fast.
- Crime is almost non-existent.
- There are no shops or any form of commerce. However, there are always fresh free-range eggs and homemade honey available.
- We have a small dump we call the ‘Mitre 11’ because anything left there finds a new home.
- Of the approximately 160 humans living here, most of us are retired.

I call them my girls as there are three single bottle and a double bottle tree (twins). This house brought me many moments of joy and I have every confidence the new owner will find living on Karragarra a unique and rewarding experience.
