Located within 5 minutes from Boonah sits this 95 Acre property. There are approximately 3000 Olive Trees. 1600 Frantoio (Oil based) and 1400 Jumbo Kalamata (Table fruit). All the olive trees are hooked up to irrigation which comes from the whopping dam in the middle of the property (approx. 20 Megalitres). The dam has recently been cleared of weed and the dam wall strengthened.

There is an off-grid PV system at the shed complete with a 5kW inverter, 8 x 340W solar panels and 4 Li-Ion batteries, with a transfer switch for a generator connection as back up, providing sustainable power. There is an olive rake which connects to the back of a tractor with 3-point linkage for harvesting.

The property has a carrying capacity of around 25-30 head of cattle. Tracks are located around the entirety of the property allowing access everywhere. A creek flows through the property feeding the dam during rain, with a catchment area estimated around 4,500 Acres. Another sizeable dam is located at the property.
