Nutrien Harcourts Narrabri have listed for sale by expressions of interest the "Warilea" Aggregation. The property is located in the Namoi Valley on one of the states most reliable alluvial aquifers situated just 26km south east of Narrabri.

Covering a total freehold area of 1,586ha - 3,920 acres the aggregation is operated as a large scale irrigated cropping enterprise centered around cotton & corn production farmed in rotation with faba beans, mung beans, canola & bread wheat. The high security ground water entitlements and productive well drained soils also enable the development of a horticultural component highlighting the versatility of the aggregation. "Warilea" & "Browns" comprises a mixture of box, myall & boonery country with soils ranging from heavy black self-mulching loams through reddish brown loam soils. "Curra" comprises a mixture of box, myall & boonery on heavy black self-mulching soils.
