On offer are 7 different allotments, available now individually or together, and most with producing vines. A superb opportunity to purchase your own vineyard!<br/><br/>These allotments range in size, with one being 2 ha (4.94 acres), five being 2.238 ha (5.53 acres) and one larger vineyard at 4.477 ha (9.88 acres)<br/><br/>With a history of viticulture, these vineyards have a total area of 15.43 ha of which approximately 12.5 ha (30.9 acres) are currently planted to Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Merlot<br/><br/>All lots are in Nildottie, close to the Murray River<br/>Lot 2 is accessible from Hunter Rd (2ha)<br/>Lots 43, 44, 45, 46 are approximately 2km east along Greenways Rd and are all 2.238 ha in size<br/>Lots 72 and 73 are located slightly north on Heywood Drive and are 2.238 ha and 4.477 ha respectively<br/><br/>Situated on flat land with sandy loam soils. Annual rainfall is approximately 250mm. All allotments have either under vine sprinklers or overhead sprayers with water supplied via the local irrigation scheme.
