The Apartment comes fully furnished with air conditioning throughout and enjoys a northerly position with the option of a front or rear balcony. The north east aspect also provides natural light to flow into the unit.
The large living area and kitchen are open plan with easy access out onto the balconies through two sliding doors. From the entertaining area to the north you can capture the local sea views toward Churchill Island plus the evening sun all year.
The kitchen has all the conveniences with large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and loads of cupboards and bench space. The main bathroom combined with laundry are centrally located. Car parking is allocated near the building.

A short walk takes you past the tennis courts and indoor pool to the main administration building. This hosts the conferencing facilities, cafè and the renowned Watermark Restaurant.
The Resort will maintain your investment should you choose to enter your apartment into the general letting pool (note conditions and charges do apply). Whilst in the letting pool you may use your apartment during specified times only, usually off peak. Silverwater over recent years has enjoyed an occupancy rate on average of over 70% and up to 85%. You may perhaps lock it up for your own use or let the apartment privately to generate your own supplementary income, whilst allowing you the flexibility to use during peak and off peak times.
