It has 2 bedrooms downstairs and a mezzanine, sleeping 9 people altogether.

It has a shower, toilet, washing machine and clothes dryer.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with pantry cupboard, dishwasher and moveable island bench with a large new fridge.
The mezzanine sleeps 4 people and has a storage area in the roof off the mezzanine.
Gas hot water system
Main bedroom has its own air conditioner and ceiling fan.
Lounge area includes a large flat screen TV and air conditioning.
The outdoor area includes a BBQ, outdoor furniture and a lovely shaded grassed area.
There is a rear deck with 2 storage sheds.
Most of the furniture is included in the price with the exception of a couple of personal items. All linen/beds/cutlery/plates etc…is included.
