LAKE CLIFTON WINERY

This is the land of the Osprey and the Whistling Kite. They soar effortlessly above the giant Black Bream native to this geological marvel that is Lake Clifton. Grey Kangaroos and Brush Wallabies carpet the ground, interspersed with cheeky Bandicoot's that fear no human! Operated as one of Lake Clifton's noted Wineries for more than twenty years this property has so much to offer. Buses roll in with tourists to taste the delights of the region and to take home a little something for later.

All the knowledge and equipment is here for you to establish your own colorful self-funded retirement (for example) and to put a unique twist on it. A heavenly 5.22 Ha, or just about 13 Acres, right on the Lake and bang in the middle of the famous Yalgorup National Park, teaming with some of Western Australia's more incredible examples of Flora and Fauna.
