Built in 1949, the house is solid hardwood, extremely well constructed. Weather board. The original horse hair plaster was completely removed, the wall cavities thoroughly cleaned, insulated and lined with plaster board, by a professional.
The inside layout was changed to create a modern open, bright and airy living space.

There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a huge walk in robe, a smaller walk in robe or storage room and a smaller hidden storage space3. The room easily sits a king size bed.
