The house is on a large 1000m. block in a walk-to-everything location. Two minutes' walk to a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, hardware shop, hotel, newsagent etc. The hospital is about 10 minutes’ walk away. There are large undercover areas at the back of the house, and a 30' x 20' garage.
Crystal Brook is a small (1500 people) friendly town with an interesting history. The nearest large town is Port Pirie, 20 mins. drive away.
