Help me, Please help me......

I have been with the one owner for a very long time and due to ill health my life has deteriorated so much that I need a lot of work. My structure appears to be sound but you can check that out yourself, and I have a good Floor Plan which includes 3 bedrooms including my Master which has a Full Ensuite, 2 living Zones, Central Kitchen, Ducted Gas Heating and enough space for 4 or more cars. But, I need new Carpets throughout, Painting as well, New Bathrooms and Kitchen and I should be good to go. Being close to a Primary school and with the Bus Service nearby also being an advantage however, after years of neglect I need this makeover and you will be rewarded for your efforts once this is done. This is a plea for help as mentioned above from a very anxious Home. Make me yours.
