*Trial Stays are subject to availability. The $75 per night fee covers your accommodation. Before entering, Aveo will provide a Short Term Stay Agreement which contains all of the terms and conditions that apply. These include the usual eligibility requirements for residing in an Aveo retirement community, including a minimum age of 65. There is an additional $25 per night for those wishing to stay in a Serviced Apartment and this includes lunch and dinner daily. Further information is available from the Community Sales Consultant.
