This fully equipped two-bedroom cabin is located in the prestigious "Club Grove" village next to the Ocean Grove Bowling Club.<br/><br/>Located minutes from surf and river beaches and handy to the shops and restaurants of Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads, this is the perfect holiday escape for weekends or longer stays. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need - just walk in and relax! Reverse cycle heating/cooling means you'll be comfortable in the middle of summer and on those chilly winter days.<br/><br/>Main bedroom features a queen size bed with under-bed storage, built in robe and dressing table. Second bedroom is equipped with double bed and built in robe. Each bedroom has it's own television with a built in DVD player. The main living area has a wall mounted flat screen and a sofa that comfortably seats three adults. The kitchen includes a fridge, gas stove, microwave and handy butchers block trolley.<br/><br/>The front deck includes a spacious daybed shaded by an Australian bottle brush which attracts local bird life. There is a lockable garden shed at the rear of the cabin.<br/><br/>Contact for an inspection.<br/><br/>* These cabins are not suitable for permanent residency and site fees are payable. Sorry, no pets.<br/><br/>Because this is a relocatable home, there is no land title, so no stamp duty, conveyancing costs or rates. Site fees for 2023/24 are $5590. Water rates and usage are covered within the site fee.<br/><br/>Use of the cabin is limited to 250 days in any calendar year, with any one stay limited to 45 days. Owners can allow friends or family to use the cabin, but are not permitted to rent the cabin out.
