Great Little Weaner Paddock

This 320 acre (approx) paddock is situated 20 minutes from Bowen CBD and beaches and joins the rich Mount Dangar horticultural area. Bordered by a railway line on one side and 5 mile creek on the other, it is divided into two paddocks and timbered with Poplar Gum, Bloodwood and Beefwood with Wattle and Oak along the creek. The property has a set of useable cattle yards and stock bore which is pumped to a tank to gravity feed a trough for cattle water. Grassed with Indian Couch, Black Spear and introduced legumes such as Verano and Seca with some Wynn Cassia. The boundary fence has been well maintained, as the railway is responsible for the fence along the railway line.
