'Glen Rock'

'Glen Rock' is a productive 463.2Ha (1,144Ac) property situated approx. 23km from Warialda, 30km from Delungra and 61km from Inverell. Features undulating black basalt soils to lighter country and consists of approx. 323Ha (800Ac) arable cultivation country. The owners have introduced a broad spectrum of pastures including: Banbatsi Panic, Purple Pigeon, Floren Blue Grass, Scepter Lucerne, Arrowleaf Clover and Snail Medic. Complete with a long fertiliser history (not including the drought years). 200 cows and calves were running before drought and with the property currently destocked it has a full body of feed. Property is divided into approx. 15 paddocks with a laneway system for ease of livestock movement. Glen Rock is well watered by numerous dams, frontage to Mosquito Creek and two bores and a well. 1 x bore - 1300/gal p/hr tested equipped with danmar diesel pump, 1 x bore equipped with windmill & solar pump.
