A much treasured mountains escape, Geebung was purpose built for the owners' in 1985 as a Mountains retreat. Clad with Western Red Cedar and a colorbond roof, the simple design is eminently practical. The spacious living room wraps around to the country style kitchen, large windows look out to picturesque Braeside Bush Valley. Heating is via an efficient Slow Combustion wood fire.<br/>There are two double bedrooms with plenty of space for wardrobes, a very functional full-sized bathroom and separate laundry which could have a second toilet added if desired. <br/>The block has been kept as natural as possible in line with the owners love of Australian Native Flora. Two Geebung plants bracket the front steps down to the home for example. While a large block at 4527 sqm it is mostly quite steep and runs about 150m into the Braeside bush and hanging swamp below. <br/>This simple but clever cottage has to be inspected to be fully appreciated. In good condition it is ready to move into today however there is plenty of scope to update if needed.
