This block comprises four single-bedroom apartments. Every apartment features a bedroom equipped with a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom, a combined kitchen and living space, along with a laundry area. The state of each unit differs, with two apartments featuring updated kitchens and bathrooms in the past. All units are furnished with gas wall heaters, a hot water system, and stand-alone stoves.
