Another caravan within the house yard provides a bed for extra guests/family.<br/><br/>Underroof is a shipping container used for lockable storage plus room to park the car as well as your tinny/mower etc. With a workshop off this, there is also a garden shed.<br/><br/>Ranging between approx. 39m & 47m above sea level, an easy walk from the dwelling is a dam from which water is pumped to irrigate the gardens and the shadehouse. <br/><br/>For those who love fishing and crabbing, you have 2 boat ramps on tidal Baffle Creek and a boat ramp on tidal Deepwater Creek to choose from. You also have Wreck Rock Beach or Rules Beach both about a 20 minute drive. Agnes Water/1770 can also be accessed through the Deepwater National Park which divides Deepwater from Agnes Water. <br/><br/>If you decided to live here, mail can be delivered 5 days a week and children can catch the school bus to either primary or high school.
