Total of 550 ha deep ripped to 600mm. 833 ha bush.<br/>Wheat, lupins, pasture rotation.<br/>Good fertiliser application (details on request).<br/>Plan is to commence clay spreading this year.<br/>Soil test available on request.<br/>250 ha central paddock parkland cleared and is due to be fenced for grazing this year.<br/>Currently running 50 cows 5 bulls, calves in peak period.<br/>Quality water supplied from solar bore, 3 tanks piped to 5 multi purpose trough, 240v new bore.<br/>Semi permanent cattle yards (100 head) watered and holding pens with gravel road access and turn around point.<br/>Ringlock and barbwire boundary with 2 wire electric internal.<br/>4 post shearing shed and 15 x 10 metre machinery shed, 1 bay set up for 40 tonnes of fertiliser holding.
