This land is 50 Acres in two titles. Its just across the Webb’s Creek Ferry. A lot of work has been done here to prepare three optional building sites. A lot of this terrain is rugged, but is good. Close to everything and one of the best features is that it also fronts onto Webb’s Creek which gives you access to unlimited boating. Everything at the waterfront is a bit overgrown….but that can be fixed. On the other land, the outlook is great. Lots of room for house and shed and whatever.

This is something pretty good. It is priced right and it is walk to the school, shops and pub, doctor etc, Only an hour or ninety minute to major centres….but ‘wait, there’s more’ power and phone available, mobile reception; clear a path to the river, buy a boat and have a happy life.
