MUSTERING PADDOCK VINEYARD
CBRE Agribusiness are pleased to present for sale the Mustering Paddock Vineyard on behalf of the Haynes Family comprising a total land area of 80.56* hectares (199.06* acres). The property features a highly productive 53.5* hectare vineyard planted to Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon located in the well renowned Limestone Coast wine region of South Australia.
The Haynes Family initially began developing the vineyard in 1999 with the most recent plantings being in 2005. The property is located 27* kilometres northwest of Coonawarra, 28* kilometres southwest of Naracoorte and 450* kilometres southeast of the Adelaide CBD.
