If there was ever a property on my favourites list then this is certainly up there!<br/>This charming cottage takes your breathe away from the moment you walk down the lane to reach it. It's tucked privately down off the street, surrounded by lovely shrubs and established gardens.<br/>Enter through the double French doors onto the lovely polished floorboards and you can see straight through the lounge to the gorgeous sea views.<br/>There are two living rooms, both capturing the great outlook. The kitchen is modern with good appliances including a dishwasher, and is open plan with the dining.<br/>Both bedrooms are spacious, one with a 4 door built-in robe, the other with a generous robe plus the ensuite.<br/>The main bathroom has been updated and is spacious too, with a nice big deep bath and toilet (two toilets is always so handy!)<br/>Downstairs there is the laundry room, along with access under the house with loads of space for storage and a workshop.<br/>The back yard is sufficient and secure.<br/>The home is North facing and the light and warmth is just divine!
