Breathtaking sunsets and views of the beautiful rolling hills of South Gippsland.

An unusual dwelling on the most beautiful property around Mirboo north. From the majority of Windows is a view that encompasses 40 kms of the rolling hills of South Gippsland.

The house is in two sections. The original house (built around 1985) is a double brick, three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and open plan lounge/kitchen/dining which we rent out on Airbnb as a Farmstay. We have many visitors staying, both from Australia and overseas, and they are attracted by the alpacas and the very beautiful scenery.

The second section, joined by a tiny walkway, (built in 2007/8) is built from timbers cut down and milled from the property with small mud bricks in all exterior walls. There are many large windows to enjoy the view from wherever you are. It comprises living/ dining/kitchen, bedroom, dressing room/study and an attic room, with a view to die for, which can be used for sleeping, meditation, study or whatever your heart desires. There are wooden floors throughout both sections.

There are several garden "nooks", a substantial orchard where the chickens hang out, a large veggie patch and a blueberry area with lots of bushes.

The water holding capacity is 280,000 litres plus a good sized dam from which we can pump water up to the house area if necessary. The barn is very spacious with running water. It has 6 small pens, and a larger area with a wooden floor, as well as a spacious workshop and a pen for raising baby chicks.

There is also a Machinery shed. In the orchard there is a spacious bungalow which is currently used as a sewing and felting workshop. It has a lovely warm pot belly stove and many windows to look out.

The 70 acres comprises many fenced paddocks of undulating land with forested areas around the perimeter and dotted through the middle. We have at least five springs which feed the dam and there are always plenty of fallen trees to provide firewood.

This beautiful sustainable property provides fruit and nuts through summer and Autumn, vegetables all year round and the most amazing sunsets for you to enjoy.
