The dominant landform on the property is a broad central ridge rising from about 20m elevation at the Prosser River along the northern boundary, to a high point on the far south eastern corner of the property with elevation of over 280m. (Refer to image 2 in the Property Plans Gallery). This highest point of the property is dominated by Black Peppermint woodland (image 21).
The natural forest hosts a rich diversity of mammals and bird life together with an incredible array of plant species including Oyster Bay Pines and groves of Grass Trees. A comprehensive report has been commissioned to fully outline the natural characteristics and value of this property. This report can be supplied to serious potential buyers.
