This north-facing approx. 4.4 hectare property touches the coastal reserve above Cascades Bay and looks out to the amazing waters of Norfolk Bay and beyond.
The vineyard was planted in 1996. The average annual production from the 1.1 hectares (2,850 vines) over the last 5 years has been 11 tonnes of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the majority of which is purchased by Tas Vintners. The balance is made into either Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sparking or Rosé and kept in controlled air storage on the property and sold by the Owners. The vineyard is irrigated by run-off water captured on the property and there is another hectare of suitable land to expand.
The successful purchaser will have the option to purchase the trademarked Norfolk Bay Vineyard label along with existing stock.

The house is orientated to the north to take full advantage of both the view and the sun and there is a huge 16m x 8m deck at the front that virtually doubles the size of the living area.
Everything used to maintain and run the vineyard is kept in a 20m x 7.5m x 5m modern shed. 3 bays with FCR floor for the tractor, sprayer, mower etc. The 4th bay is a forklift bay with concrete floor and staff toilet, the 5th bay is the controlled air storage for bottled wine.
