AM I TOO CHEAP ?!

I must be ! Nothing like me anywhere in Mont Albert ! I’m the only brand new one bedroom apartment that I know of anywhere near me at this price of around $9000 per sqm of my size which is about 56sqm including my balcony . I’ve got air conditioning, car space and a storage cage and you can walk to Mont Albert station easily. Box Hill Central close too!
