There are wildflowers throughout spring and summer and rock formations to add extra interest.
A walking track leads you up onto a large semi-cleared plateaux which then winds its way over the undulating landscape, down into shallow gullies and back up ridge lines. The trees get bigger and bigger as you progress through to the back end of the property gaining elevation as you go. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a huge chunk of wilderness within close proximity to both the beach and the town centre.
At the start of the Property there are some home-made sheds providing some great shelter for your boat, kayaks and other beach toys. These would also be awesome as woodworking workshop space, complete with power. The grassy area around the sheds provide a nice cleared area that could be developed further with council approvals.
