The main bedroom hosts a queen bed with sliding glass doors capturing the river views, built in robe with full length mirror doors and block out curtains. The second bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage and block out curtains. The loft has ample space to sleep up to 6 people with louvre window looking out to unobstructed views of the Clarence.
Kitchen includes island bench on wheels, fridge, gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, fresh water from rain water tank and ample bench and storage cupboards. Living area is air conditioned with
2 separate lounges, ottoman and flat screen tv with DVD player. The bathroom is fully tiled with a gas instant heat hot water system and a separate toilet.
Outside the generous size patio area is screened with zip up shade curtains and a sun shade over your private grass area. Awnings are over all the windows on the eastern side, the ski locker has dryer and numerous storage racks for all your water sport equipment.
There is a removable dog fence so that your hounds can enjoy the lodge as much as you will.
