This is one of the best presented small holdings I have had to market for a long time.
The best thing that can be said is that you can move in and have absolutely nothing to do around the house block, house and garages.
The house is a traditional style home with 3 large bedrooms plus and office and a very large (double garage size ) airconditioned utility room/ rumpus room, spa in the main bathroom and a large ensuite connected to the main bedroom.
