Character filled, fully self-contained and furnished, cosy cottage available for winter. Only 40 minutes to the slopes, a mere 20 minutes to either Jindabyne or Cooma. It's located at the rear of the main dwelling on a large 1215sqm block, surrounded by fenced gardens, with it's own private access up the side. It currently sleeps four, however, the beds can be reconfigured to your needs. Available from 6 June 2022, to non-smokers please. Lock in your winter dreams ... it's already snowing!
