The house is ideally situated next to the Botanical Gardens in the lovely suburb of South Yarra. Chapel St and Toorak Road are within a 10/15 minute walk where you will find an array of great shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The CBD is easily accessed by either tram (number 8/70) or train (Richmond/South Yarra Station).
