Affordable housing under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) is available to eligible tenants. These properties are privately owned and endorsed by the State and Federal Government scheme, which provides new properties at discounted rents to eligible low and medium income earners.

1. To obtain a rental application please see our website or click the book/request inspection button fill out your details and an application form will automatically be emailed to you. Please note, an application needs to be filled out and documents provided for all occupants over the age of 18.

2. PRINT and complete your application and attach the following:
- 100 points of ID
- Proof of residency
- Proof of income – to include gross annual income (before tax) for the 12 months prior to the date of application.
- A copy of your NRAS registration letter

All documentation is to be given to the property manager at the open home. Alternatively you can email your application to the relevant office, please note email addresses are listed at the top of the application form. Applications can only be accepted from those who have viewed the property.

3. Please ensure all documentation is FULLY completed and ready for the open home, if not fully completed it will not be processed.

4. Application processing takes approximately 7 - 9 business days.
