Rarely does a property this gorgeous become available to rent. The street is tree-lined, low traffic and occupied by long term owners. Our owners are a stylish and fastidious young couple and it sure shows to anyone who comes through the front door. They have owned the property since 2012 and obviously have spent a lot of time and money bringing the presentation up to what it is today.
There is an alarm system, ducted air-conditioning, extensive solar roof panels, lock-up garage and loads of outside space on the left hand side for other cars or a boat no less.
The usually expected amenities are all available in what is a location on the border of Balcatta and Stirling. Shops, schools, transport, freeway access, cafes, restaurants, a tavern just up the road. A service station is nearby for your weekly fuel and I dare say that may become an electric car charging facility too in the future. I don't know for sure, but BP seem set on offering many services.
You can't go wrong with this outstanding duplex and I hope I don't go wrong with the successful applicants whom I expect to have excellent references and employment to pay the rent. We set our standards high.
