It is conveniently located directly across from Hyde Park and within walking distance of delightful cafes, restaurants, parks, major city attractions and public transport, including Museum Station which has a direct connection to Sydney Airport.
The generously sized air conditioned non-smoking apartment includes a Queen sized bed, built in wardrobe, large desk, dinning table, double sized sofa, chairs, flat screen digital TV, stereo system, alarm clock, lamps, bedside tables and coffee table. There is a fully self contained kitchen with all utensils. The bathroom includes a full sized bath and central hot water.
There are full commercial grade laundry facilities on the Mezzanine level (currently $4.00 per wash and $4.00 per dryer). Ironing facilities are within the apartment.
