There is a kitchenette with a small bar fridge, kettle and microwave. There is the option of using the shared larger downstairs kitchen for cooking on a larger scale. All China and glassware is available for use along with basic cooking essentials. <br/>The bathroom is spacious with a shower cubicle and a bath. The laundry located at the back on the ground floor has machines and dryers for tenant use with a rotary line for outside drying. <br/>The rent per week at the property includes utilities – power, water and internet. <br/>There is 1 off-street parking with this room. And it is not suitable for pets. <br/>Inspection times are available by contacting the office. <br/>
