The residence is available for all students and is a welcoming, inclusive environment for all. Every new resident is provided with brand new sheets, pillows and a welcome gift pack with all the essentials you require when moving into a new home.
All rooms are secure with individual locks and each room includes bed with bedding, desk, desk chair and wardrobe for your clothes. Every room has an openable window and/or skylight for ventilation and natural light.

There are multiple kitchens, bathrooms and toilets available for everyone to share. All kitchens include cook tops, ovens, lockable storage and basic cooking utensils. A common laundry and washing lines are available for use free of charge to all residents. All common areas including kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned regularly.

The property also includes free unlimited Wi-Fi for all residents and common lounge area with chairs and television.
