Old unfurnished 1950 4 bedroom cottage - fully fenced with old 2 car shed out the back<br/>Polished wooden floors - 3 normal size bedrooms - Old fashioned bathroom -Outside laundry/lean to<br/>There is a toilet of the outside back deck <br/>We have sold this property, but it is available to rent from today until Saturday the 11th of June <br/>You will be required to pay a non refundable letting fee of $500 but no bond <br/> 4 weeks rent in advance to move in ( $2000) <br/>After one month ( 14th May ) you will be required to pay the next 4 weeks rent in advance ($2000)<br/> The house is being provided nice and clean and you will be required to make sure it is vacated nice and clean <br/>It is fully fenced and will require mowing probably once a month at this time of year<br/>If you cant mow it yourself we can arrange a mower man to do it for you at a cost of only $60 per mow<br/>It is located in a nice quiet neighbour hood with lovely neighbours <br/>I can be contacted on 0417 644 471 - Tony<br/>
